Accommodation Support for Graduate Students The 13th MODS-UNFPA Summer Seminar on Population (2026) 1. Overview Accommodation support will be provided for a limited number of full-time graduate students, selected based on eligibility. To apply, please submit your Certificate of Enrollment during registration via our official website (https://intpopstat.kr/seminar/01_2_check.php). 2. Application Requirements The Certificate of Enrollment shall be: (1) Be issued within the last three months (2) Include an official stamp or signature (3) Confirm that you are enrolled during the workshop period * Student ID cards or other unofficial documents will not be accepted. 3. Support Details - Accommodation is provided on a shared room basis* (2 persons per room). - Efforts will be made to group participants by similar background (e.g., country, sex, etc.) - Accommodation covers 5 nights, from Sunday (pre-workshop) to Friday (final workshop day). * If a participant has a valid reason for not being able to share a room, exceptions may be considered upon request. Important Notices - Transportation costs (including airfare) are not covered. - This support is limited to accommodation only, during the workshop period. - Weekend stays (Friday–Sunday) are not included and must be arranged independently. - Notification of selection results will be sent by May 13 (Wed). - If you are unable to attend, please notify the Secretariat by May 20 (Wed). - No-shows or cancellations without notice may affect your eligibility for future seminars. - Both application and document submission must be completed via the official website.
